  • Potential Winter Storm For SE Wyoming Wednesday

The low is predicted at 25 degrees.

The National Weather Service has expanded a Winter Storm Watch to now include Stearns County and the surrounding counties of Benton, Sherburne and Wright. The weather service issued a high wind warning for the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles.

The powerful winter storm will bring heavy snow and blizzard conditions to north central and northeast Colorado through Thursday, with some forecasters calling for the potential of another bomb cyclone, similar to what much of Colorado experienced in mid-March. Wind gusts of 50-60 miles per hour and a possible 12-18 inches of snow could create impossible travel conditions.

The NWS office in Aberdeen, S.D., where Fleegel is based, is urging people to change their travel plans to account for a storm that it now expects to bring snow in two waves, from 3 a.m.to 6 p.m. Wednesday and from 3 a.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday.

In Denver the Blizzard Warning goes from noon Wednesday to noon Thursday. "So, we should get favorable weather for catching up with slowed corn and soybean planting", Moehler says.

While the blizzard is ongoing to our northwest, we will see a raw day Wednesday in the 40s with a chance of light rain.

The National Weather Service forecasts call for worsening weather through Wednesday followed by more severe conditions at night and overnight into Thursday. This rapidly intensifying storm could strengthen fast enough to "bomb out" and earn the name "bomb cyclone."

Giuliani Predicts Mueller Report Won't Have 'Evidence Of Anything Really Bad'
It also said that "while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him". Barr is working with Rosenstein, Mueller, and their key aides to produce an edited version of the report.

Nothing says spring like hurricane-force winds, snow and blizzards. Once the temperature warms up, the Midwest may be in for heavy flooding.

The Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota, one of the poorest areas in the nation, is bracing for another major winter storm and the prospect of renewed flooding that is also forecast to hit a wide swath of the Plains and Midwest just a month after the last weather blast.

"#AccordingToAllTheExperts...a unsafe spring storm system will bring multiple weather hazards to the USA today and tomorrow", it wrote. As this system reaches the East, it will mainly produce rain and thunderstorms, even into northern New England.

Today is the calm before the storm.
