Annulments are awarded when a marriage is legally void, which Cage is believed to be arguing based on him being intoxicated when the pair Wednesday in Las Vegas.

The claim made by Cage also states that there are grounds for an annulment since Koike didn't, "disclose to [Cage] the full nature and extent of her relationship with another person". The two had been together since April a year ago.

According to PEOPLE, the 55-year-old actor has filed for an annulment from the makeup artist following their whirlwind nuptials in Las Vegas.

Little is known of their relationship, as the two kept a relatively low profile.

Cage was previously married to Alice Kim, 35, Lisa Marie Presley, 51, and Patricia Arquette, 50. The two married in 2004 and welcomed their son Kal-El in 2005.

He married his third wife, Alice Kim, in 2004, and they stayed together until 2016.

Cage also has a 28-year-old son named Weston Coppola Cage, with ex Christina Fulton.
