In 2015, they cautiously reconnected - and the rest is history.

Global stars Miley Cyrus and her actor fiance Liam Hemsworth might have taken the big step of their life of getting wedded.

As some have pointed out, this might just be a dress rehearsal, seeing as Miley's mum Tish is wearing a black top and jeans.

The pictures were shared on the couple's close friend Conrad Carr's Instagram.

Noah also posed for a photo with her older sister Brandi, which you can see below.

Their Instagram stories showed them posing with Carr, with the Mrs balloons floating in the background.

USA Today has reached out to representatives for Cyrus and Hemsworth for comment.

The singer admitted Hemsworth does not think the term is romantic but she has "learned that it is" especially after the pair lost their home in the Malibu wildfires.

By all hints, Miley and Liam look to be officially wife and husband.

From that moment, the couple, who met on the set of Nicholas Sparks' The Last Song in 2010, have had an up-and-down relationship. By summer 2016, the couple got back together and started dating in full swing. The couple has been together for nearly a decade and has been happily engaged for the past couple of years.
