A furious Baldwin later took to Twitter to denounce his arrest, posting the arresting officer's name and badge number in the process.

NYPD told Fox News at the time that Baldwin, who had no ID, "refused to [identify] himself, became belligerent, cursing and yelling". The alleged altercation reportedly began after the photographer began following Baldwin's wife, Hilaria Baldwin, into a nearby store.
