Putin: Poisoners? They’re just these guys, you know?

The two men accused by the United Kingdom of carrying out a nerve agent attack have been identified and are civilians, not criminals, the Russian president Vladimir Putin has said.

Putin urged the men to address the media and said there was "nothing criminal" about them, as he spoke at an economic forum in the far eastern city of Vladivostok. We'll see soon. They are civilians of course.

"We know who these people are, we have found them", Mr Putin said. Thanks to the security cameras they've been installing in most cities and airports, they've got photographs of almost all the movements of the two men from the moment they arrived until they departed for home.

Russian Federation has said the names of the suspects - as indicated in their passports - given to them by British prosecutors were meaningless.

'There is nothing special there, nothing criminal, I assure you.

Putin's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said the Russian leader had merely voiced a hope that they would appear publicly in the future.

British prosecutors issued European arrest warrants last week for Petrov and Boshirov, charging them with conspiracy to murder.

The failed attack sparked an worldwide diplomactic crisis with Russian Federation being accused by several countries - allegations Moscow has repeatedly denied.

But Lee didn't bite-"as a defense we said, don't bite the cheese"-hung back and leaped to snag the pass high in the air". Darnold added a third-quarter touchdown pass to wideout Quincy Enunwa in a 16-for-21, 198-yard passing performance.

While one of the two accused, Boshirov, looked like a photograph released by Britain, the other, Petrov, looked nothing like the other photograph and had not been in Britain at the time of the attempted poisoning incident, she added.

Mr Skripal and his daughter Yulia were left in comas for weeks after being exposed to the nerve agent Novichok, while Dawn Sturgess later died and Charlie Rowley was left in a critical condition after they too came into contact with the substance in nearby Amesbury.

Russian Federation has repeatedly denied any involvement in the incidents.

They did a reconnaissance mission to Salisbury the following day before returning with poison concealed in a fake Nina Ricci perfume bottle. Russian Federation kicked out a similar number of those countries' envoys.

Britain has said the two suspects were Russian military intelligence officers nearly certainly following orders from the Kremlin, which has denied any involvement in the incidents.

London and its allies expelled dozens of Russian diplomats after the poisoning, prompting a tit-for-tat response from Moscow and plunging relations to a new low.

British police said the suspects, both about 40-years old, flew from Moscow to London on Russian passports two days before the Skripals were poisoned.
